Restorative is a therapeutic practice in which we safely support the body with props in restful postures that are held for 5-15 minutes.

In every weekly Restorative healing session, I will share a unique theme and provide tools and techniques to help you feel more grounded, present and relaxed. Restorative practices are both soothing and designed to release blocked energy and let go of deeply held stress and tension.

What you need: 1 mat or carpeted area, 3 blankets, 2 pillows, 2 yoga blocks, 1 eye pillow or scarf.

Classes are Wednesdays at 8:30 - 9:45 PM EST
