In each Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra healing sessions, I will share a new theme and a profound guided meditation that is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.

The Yoga Nidra practice benefits are numerous: improves functioning of the immune system, relieves mental, emotional and muscular tension, helps with insomnia and sleep issues, relieves stress and anxiety while relaxing the mind, allows us to shift deeply held energy patterns in the body and results in increased energy levels.

What you need: a comfortable place to lie down, one pillow to support your head and one blanket to cover your body.
